Been there. Pretty cool. Seems better for 2-Wheelers. I didn't realize you couldn't drive in the lakes. The Ranger would of had a field day with me trying to sink the bike :)

Yeah, it's alright, the article is definitely right about a lot of whooped out sections-I find more whoops in ONF than I do at Croom-lol.  I have a sport quad and whoops just get old, real quick.  I think TRX is right-ONF is better for 2-wheelers.  There are some fun areas out at ONF but it is far from heaven.  Florida riding areas in general are far from heaven.  I find a little piece of heaven at Hardrock in Ocala-great facility!! The greatest place and only other place I've been out of state was Durhamtown Plantation in Georgia!!

Check out a couple of photo gallery threads called Rodman...Ocala is well worth the 5.5 hour trip from Miami if you spend the weekend...been there love it!

4.5. Its not that bad Gery. And if you know where to go you can really have a slice of heaven in ONF. It's a matter of searching and tracking with GPS.

Its well worth the trip gery and once you get a mile or so out the whoops die out, and it can get real smooth.

I was traveling in Texas last year about August time and right before I got on the plane I ducked in a mag shop to pick up some reading.  I picked up the mag with this article in it and was interested to find out what someone out-of-state thought of the place I've been riding for nearly 17 years.

If you are from out of state, don't bother making the trip, the whoops will kill you, find a better riding spot.   >:(

Ask Id@ or Dreth or Hollywood, we will tell you where the bad spots are, (and then we'll find "our" trails)   ;D  LOL

speaking of the so-called Id@ Trails,,,,I rode many of them today and I find it a chore just to type I'm so sore.

but many of them have been amazingly smoothed out due to rain,,,,,amazing what rain will do to get rid of whoops that were a foot deep before are completely smooth.

I didn't think I was on the same trails.
