Title: stolen database Post by: DALEQUAD on December 08, 2009, 12:17:00 PM is there a website that you can plug a vin # into to see if the vehicle has been reported stolen? a buddy wants to buy a quad but the seller has no paperwork, and he isnt going to buy a stolen quad

If he does legally own it and just lost paperwork, he'll first have to apply for a duplicate title before signing it over to you. Do not give him money until you get title.
