Title: Re: Who Watched The Game? Post by: Sleazy_Rider78 on October 13, 2009, 10:45:04 AM Really exciting game. I am really impressed with Henne as our QB. When Pennington was injured, I thought our season was done. But Henne got our first 2 wins of the season.

Pretty impressive show for the 2nd week Title: Re: Who Watched The Game? Post by: AintSkeered on October 14, 2009, 09:50:38 PM Impressed with Henne, too. However, Brown, Williams and the O-line earned those victories.

We were talking about Rickie and Ronnie at lunch today about what a couple of fireplugs they were. It's so odd to hear of Miami as a running team. Makes you think back to the days of Csonka and Morris. Who knows; looks like a QB with great potential, we've got an offensive line and some pretty decent prospects downfield. Now, if we can just get a D that can cover the deep pass, I think some really good things could happen. Not holding my breath, but things could be pretty exciting real soon. But, 6 of their next 11 games are against teams with worse records and worse "issues". Two teams are 0-5, two are 1-4 and two are 2-3. They're only one game behind the rest of their opponents at 3-2 and only the Saints are 4-0(4-1 a week from Sunday).
