I heard on a news channel this morning a Dad and his daughter and son with one other juvenile were shot by land owners riding about 40 miles outside of Houston. The boy was killed and all were injured. I have not found the report yet, but they went on to say the sign read something like Trespassers will be shot and shot again. There was an incident in Arizona like this as well.

Dig, thanks for sharing this news. Notice the pictures of the two shooters. They're just an example of what can happen when you have sex with your own sister. Let's see if any Einsteins think the kid had it coming to him for trespassing or if they'll blame the father for this one, too.

WOW, first the post on the member who passed in a quad wreck and now not blaming the shooters?   Your on a roll...............unfortunately it's going down hill.

First off, the levee was not their property.  Second, common place for ATVers to ride.  Third, they fired twice.  They were close enough to see it was adults and kids, not a thugs.  So that pretty much sums up that they were 1- stupid ,2-inbred, 3- on drugs, or just just plain F*ed up people.  But, whatever the reason,  Hope they go to jail for a long time.
Hey Matt, maybe they'll let you take care of their place while they'r gone.  You might fit in just fine with the rest of the family.

What do we expect from a guy who insists upon enjoying his freedom to say what he wants here, but, had previously claimed his right to trespass(because there are not suitable legal locations for him to ride)?

If they thought the people were trespassing on their property why would they tell 911 the people were tearing up the levee that's NOT their property!

It's clear that these people intentionally committed this crime and need to pay dearly for it. I'm an eye for an eye kind of guy myself so I'd like to see the dad handed a shotgun and allowed to take one shot on each criminal. Obviously I'd have a different outlook if I thought this was an accident but it doesn't appear to be one.

We weren't at the World Trade Center, either, to know all of the "facts" or reasons why those madmen acted as they did! It's an insane act to defend or try to justify the murder of a 7 y.o. child for alleged trespassing. Anyone who has the misfortune of coming in contact with you should be aware of your emotional/mental instability.

I have read several articles about this. A few of them have discrepancies as to whether they were on atv's or in cars. However, they all say that the people stopped to use the bathroom and they were NOT on private property. If those people were close enough to get a head shot on two people, they should have been able to tell the people were not trespassing. They should also have noticed one was a 7 yr old.

This is same thing happened to us only no one was killed, we did have a 6 yr old with us though. Some meth head decided he had the right to shoot at people riding on the property by his house. We had permission from the property owner to ride on that property. Karma got him and he died in a car crash a week later.

there are a few turbo four strokes    out there  running pretty good  and i have had a few my self on spray but you allways get greedy with it and (POW)   TRUST ME   if you want to drag race a quad and want go fast build a banshee  theres no way you will get your four stroke to run with one   been doing this a  long time the bike in the pic iron man  is one of   fastest quads  in the state and is proven on the track and the street
