Title: Micheal Jackson Post by: speedman8903 on June 13, 2005, 05:19:02 PM NOT GUILTY OF ALL 10 COUNTS. what do u guys/gals think??? shud he b guilty or no guilty???
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: TRX350_On_The_Rack on June 13, 2005, 05:23:57 PM He prays on children that are from poor families with shady backgrounds. It's hard to find a court that will prosecute a man with that much money and power.
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: Da_Mtg_Man on June 13, 2005, 05:29:26 PM i just got plane tickets for my boys to spend the week at Neverland Ranch. I mean he's not guilty right? ;)
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: strtrcr06 on June 13, 2005, 05:41:21 PM i thought he was going to be guitly on the lighter accounts...but if he goes back to neverland ranch he is going to have kids there.....one day i think he will get thrown in
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: jbbj220 on June 13, 2005, 05:55:04 PM He should be named SickO not JockO. Again the very rich and high profile people get away with a very bad crime. I read most everything that was in the paper and I do know that I did not have all the information but it would have been hard to not convict him. My vote wold have been Guilty.
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: Njoutlaw88 on June 13, 2005, 06:12:42 PM He didnt do anything. He was abused as a child and that is why he is a little creepy. But I dont think he did anything to this child.
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: stump66 on June 13, 2005, 06:30:06 PM I am not defending this "pedophile", we didn't hear what all went on in the court. I thought he was guilty way back when and I think he got off with high paid lawyers and poor prosecution.
TRUST THIS!!! OUR HIGHER POWER (Jesus-God-Buddha-Allah- whoever you believe in)WILL PREVAIL. He will get what he deserves. I am just gonna hate watching him come on TV and say in his feminate voice" see I told ya so". And you can get HARD time for just talking (conspiracy) about drug trading. Nice huh? Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: speedman8903 on June 13, 2005, 06:31:43 PM my .02 cents is that he didnt do n/e thin. i think the ppl send there kids there n then when there n make up a lie that there kids were "touched" all of them do it 4 the money.
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: TRX350_On_The_Rack on June 13, 2005, 06:36:22 PM Yeah, and OJ is innocent too!
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: speedman8903 on June 13, 2005, 07:58:52 PM he probaply is ;D
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: ronny86250r on June 13, 2005, 08:39:21 PM the bad thing is that we will prob. never know if he did it , i think he did but who knows but him and the kids i think there is SOME truth to it, i knew this one would post

Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: cain73 on June 13, 2005, 09:02:47 PM If OJ can slash and dash why can't another rich famous guy get off (no pun intended). On OJ there was even DNA evidence, why would you think they would convict Jackson with just regular evidence like testimony about the underwear by the security guard (Jackson and a boy in the shower), previous accusers tesimony (they had nothing to gain by coming forward) and of course the tapes showing there was a conspiracy by Jackson's people to coerce and intimidate the family of the boy, not to mention the child porn mags they found right where the boy said they would be with both the boy's and Jackson's fingerprints on the same page. I'm sure the not guilty verdict had nothing to do with the fact that at least 4 of the jury members knew/had met Jackson or been to Neverland Ranch or had mutual friends with him.
Just goes to show that with enough money you can get away with anything on Earth. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: bigscrub79 on June 13, 2005, 09:54:16 PM i just got plane tickets for my boys to spend the week at Neverland Ranch. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: Da_Mtg_Man on June 14, 2005, 06:28:25 AM There's a big wheel parked in the driveway.
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: ish on June 14, 2005, 07:45:42 AM He didnt do anything. He was abused as a child and that is why he is a little creepy. But I dont think he did anything to this child. ok you bash a guy cause of a screen name but you don't think micheal is guilty? he has already paid one family 20 million to not go to court and he has the same problem again. abused or not it's a problem. this guy loves little boys and none of these idiot jurors see that. dude he is a 48 year old man and he hangs out with little boys. oh there is something wrong with this pictur. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: stump66 on June 14, 2005, 08:12:45 AM He may still face civil chardges right???
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: ish on June 14, 2005, 08:54:59 AM i beleive they could take him to civil court and there he might have to pay up.
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: gery350 on June 14, 2005, 09:05:25 AM i believe in a criminal case you are innocent until proven guilty. in civil all the evidence is weighed equally. no one is presumed innocent. so ya he will probabbly lose and have to pay presuming he doesnt file bankruptcy.
on a side note, they should lock him away and throw away the key along with all the other hollywood scumbags that think they are above the law. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: stick_rider on June 14, 2005, 09:21:23 AM IF THAT WERE ANY OF US LATE WERE ACCUSED WE WOULD BE ROTTEN JAIL TODAY AS YOU CAN SEE WITH OJ AND MICHAEL MONEY$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ CAN BUY FREEDOM
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: raptor426 on June 14, 2005, 10:59:30 AM I cnat believe he got away with all of it. O-well, I dont care as long as he stays away from me
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: americanhighlander on June 14, 2005, 07:37:48 PM Who knows there was no video tape poof showing him if he did it.
Don't belive the news media have time that tells bad things about MJ.there no proof he did it. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: mudluvn14 on June 14, 2005, 08:22:40 PM I'm sure those kids came up with "Jesus Juice" all on their own. I can see there not being enough evidence to get him for child molestation but come on...not guilty to giving a minor alcoholic substances...please...get him on SOMETHING!
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: Ms.Mud on June 15, 2005, 12:46:46 AM just because im only 11, doesnt mean i dont read the newspaper & watch the news! ( which i do both!lol!) And personally i think he was guilty on all 10 charges >:(! And the thing with all the people cheering for him when he was charged not-guilt, really made me mad >:( because they would be so happy if it was there friend/family member he was doing it to! >:(
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: redrider on June 15, 2005, 01:10:55 PM MIchael jackson = GAY amd should go to jail
GAY Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: cain73 on June 15, 2005, 03:02:32 PM Redrider - I don't think his sexuality is the issue or the reason he sould be in jail, it's the fact that he's a child molester.
Just goes to show that only in America can a poor little black boy that sings can be discriminated against in his youth can grow up to be a rich white woman that sings and become impervious to the law through wealth and fame. :o Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: CAOSPOP on June 16, 2005, 03:12:57 AM My g/f calls me a freak. Please don't compare me to Micheal Jackson...
I find that offensive. Jacko just hasnt has his day... One he will have to answer for all of his actions and ommisions. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: cain73 on June 16, 2005, 04:00:20 PM Even if they get him in criminal court he'll just do like OJ and hide the money. OJ still lives a life of leisure and plays golf almost daily without working, yet hasn't paid any of the judgement against him for killing those two people.
I cnat believe he got away with all of it. O-well, I dont care as long as he stays away from me Not to pick but that's the wrong attitude to have. If we all stand up and express our outrage at stuff like this maybe more will be done to prevent it or punish the guilty instead of letting them go. If we all turn our backs because it didn't happen to us the world is doomed. Apathy is not a productive philosophy.Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: americanhighlander on June 16, 2005, 08:08:36 PM Well You must got brainwash from media and on tv.You don't who
you can belive that telling storyies and some people make up lies to watch these nuts we are paid our tax dollers waste our time watching them.Instead we should make more atv parks. but the media hads lie in past, one time i was in eye of hurrcaine andrew and my dad was working for phone company and talk to nat guards down there and they said over 250 people die in apts with flying objects in there houses.I think they were 2,500 people die in andrew and they hidden dead bodyies in school sheters and thats why they were off limits to pubic. thats why they shut down sheters them down during aftermath. And all south florida news station never told about they kept sercet for long time about hidden how many true deaths numbers .thats why i will never belive news media half time they tell you on news half time and some of fact are not true you have know which facts are true or not. >:( So people out there I think we should move on about Micheal Jackson.I think we leave him alone for while. Lets get on our lives and ride our atvs again and lets make some hisory happen our be in world records. We let atvs ride with freedom and pride in our hands. 8) thanks, Amhighlander ;D Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: AintSkeered on June 17, 2005, 04:04:39 PM There are other countries you can go live in rather than trying to turn this great country's notion of "reasonable doubt" into something bad. In those other countries, you can go enjoy prosecuting anyone you dislike based solely ONLY upon your emotional(non-factual) notion of "reasonable guilt"! Get over it!
Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: cain73 on June 17, 2005, 04:45:01 PM We as citizens not only have a right to be outraged, we have a duty. Another child molester was just turned free. Title: Re: Micheal Jackson Post by: big-daddy on June 18, 2005, 02:12:00 PM read this;
Michael Jackson's family and fans _ and at least one of the jurors who acquitted him of child molestation _ gathered Friday night for a huge party that was billed as a celebration of thanks. The pop star himself, who has not appeared in public since his 14-week trial ended Monday, was nowhere in sight. Among the approximately 400 people who arrived at the Chumash Indian Casino was juror Pauline Coccoz. When she walked into the casino and heard Jackson's music playing, Coccoz said, the enormity of what had transpired hit her. "They were playing 'Beat It,' and I almost started to cry," she said as she waited to enter the showroom. She said that earlier in the day, she had received a wristband needed for admission to the party. The crowd erupted in cheers as Jackson's mother, Katherine, arrived to the sounds of the song "I'll Be There." She came on stage at the end of the show to thank her son's fans from around the world for their support. "We couldn't have done it without you," Katherine Jackson said as her son Tito stood next to her, his hand on her shoulder. Others spotted arriving for the show included defense attorney Robert Sanger and Jackson's magician friend, who calls himself Majestic Magnificent. Reporters were kept out of the showroom, and an Associated Press reporter who got inside briefly was escorted out by tribal police. Casino officials said they had orders from the Jackson family to keep all journalists out. Tito Jackson has been performing periodically at the casino, and he had been scheduled to appear Friday night before it was decided to turn the show into what one of his band members called a celebration of thanks. Coccoz said that when someone gave her the wristbands she decided to bring her family, partly as a public display of her confidence in the jury's verdict. |
