Title: '01 80cc raptor running eratticly?? Post by: FLA.SHEE on January 03, 2009, 09:01:30 PM rich, idols high then idols low, real erratic idol & air mixture doesn't seem to help that much it almost acts like the idol circuit is blocked & it's trying to run off of the main???
all I've heard is they have valve problems (really picky on clearances) Ive: checked valve clearance, cleaned the carb. didn't help replaced carb. pulled head checked valves, looked bad , new valves & job low hrs. new valves, carb. & no vac. leaks ... still no better... any ideas?
