It depends on what type of service you have. You can have a static IP address which means that you have the same IP address all the time, in that case you need to contact your service provider to change it. If you have a dynamic IP address it is assigned to you every time you get online and is different every time, which in that instance you just need to turn your computer off and then back on and then you will have another IP address.
