Title: 05 Honda Recon Carb Problem Post by: HVYHLR53 on August 16, 2008, 01:02:49 AM My daughters 05 Recon recently started to flow gas into the airbox when idling. Does anyone know what the cause is? It sat at the dealer for so long waiting for them to fix the brakes under warranty (5 times) that the gas probably went bad.
Title: Re: 05 Honda Recon Carb Problem Post by: TRX450R_Racer on August 16, 2008, 09:24:25 AM Either the float is stuck open or the needle and seat have dirt in them. Take the bowl off the carb and clean eveything really good. Also check the float to see if it still floats.
