When Tonya and I went out and raced each other it was a blast! But sadly only a first place trophy was given because we didn't have enough women in the class. I raced last night at the Thunderbowl and it was so much fun. I have not been on a dirt bike in 30 years, I am now 40 years old and was not sure if I could do this or not. There were only two of us racing, but at least I get to tell everyone I came in 2nd. lol Anyway, we do need more women out there to compete. It is a good feeling to be able to race, it builds self confidence, and is much more fun than just watching. I hope to see more ladies come out!! Candi |
