Title: Quote of the Week Post by: shogun323 on July 10, 2008, 08:26:42 AM I can't stand Jesse Jackson at all. But this little mishap is probably the funniest thing I have heard in a while!!!!!
Quote An open microphone picked up Rev. Jesse Jackson whispering, "See, Barack's been talking down to black people ... I want to cut his nuts off." http://www.baynews9.com/content/36/2008/7/10/363937.html?title=Jackson+apologizes+for+'crude'+Obama+remarks+ Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: GrizzlyGator on July 10, 2008, 08:58:50 AM The Rev. Al Sharpton, president of the civil rights group National Action Network, said Jackson's remarks were "most unfortunate," adding he was happy that Jackson apologized.
"I hope people will remember the great work he's done in this country as one assesses this last incident," Sharpton said in a statement. Whoooo!!! So I guess he couldn't do the same for Don Imus huh????? WTF ever Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: GrizzlyGator on July 10, 2008, 09:02:54 AM At Wednesday evening's news conference in Chicago, Jackson said: "I have supported Barack's campaign with passion from the very beginning.
EXCEPT FOR HIS NUTZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!! HA HA HA :Y Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: shogun323 on July 10, 2008, 09:09:35 AM The Rev. Can someone please tell me what that great work is? (promising change is not an acceptible response) Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: Da_Mtg_Man on July 10, 2008, 09:50:23 AM He only apologized because he new he was BUSTED. Freaking hypocrite.

Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: cheropride on July 10, 2008, 10:58:31 AM I saw that this morning, LMAO that was just so true Jackson! Also goes to show ppl's true agenda, ya know.... The ironic thing that I didn't know, is that Jesse Jackson Jr is co-chairman of Obama's Campaign - go figure...
Obama is like a rubber-band man, nothing sticks to this, guy. It amazed when his Rev J. Wright came out w/those comments, he didn't get more flack for that.... But I guess it's all about political correctness.... But that was surely funny. I would of loved to seen Obama's face when we saw that, or better Jesse Jackson's when he realized the mike was on....Too Funny.... Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: KAW3604x4 on July 10, 2008, 11:29:01 AM And here is the video.........

Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: budman on July 11, 2008, 08:38:27 AM Why all the fuss? Jesse Jerkson FINALLY says something I agree with, but I really don't believe that BHO has any onions to cut off. And he was at odds with the "messiah" because BHO says blacks should be more responsible.
Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: yunt2ride on July 11, 2008, 09:27:56 AM He only apologized because he new he was BUSTED. Freaking hypocrite. True I think it was all planned just to get Obama's name in the media and to get more free advertising and to make some white people think that Obama is against the black race. You see that Jesse didn't stay in the limelight very long and it put Obama right in the center of the media again. Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: AintSkeered on July 11, 2008, 09:29:04 AM How about Phil Graham's expressed opinion of you and your economy?
Title: Re: Quote of the Week Post by: GrizzlyGator on July 11, 2008, 09:52:51 AM How about Phil Graham's expressed opinion of you and your economy? Did he say something wrong???? "We have sort of become a nation of whiners," Gramm said. "You just hear this constant whining, complaining about a loss of competitiveness, America in decline" despite a major export boom that is the primary reason that growth continues in the economy, he said. Back in the day our fathers and grandfathers didn't rely on government for their needs they pulled up their proverbial bootstraps and worked and saved for what they needed...none of this entitlement mindset that we seem to have these days??? The politicians want to give everything to us healthcare, childcare, college educations etc etc etc...think the economy sucks now wait till your paying for all of that too...the government loses 60-70% of the money they handle due to lack of control...bipartisan bickering...Miss management...etc..wonder why the economy is like it is today???? ask yourself or your neighbor how many credit cards they have, cars they couldn't or shouldn't have or afford, big wide screen TV's, how may times do they go out and eat instead of eating at home...this mortgage crisis is ridiculous also I don't want to be bailing out some DA that went out thinking he was going to flip a house and make a substantial profit nor do i want my tax dollars bailing out some mortgage company for lax credit policies,we are a glutinous people and we have put ourselves in this position...we have lost the values that our parents and their parents had and we didn't learn the lessons plain and simple.
