Title: Camper Electrical HELP Post by: Keeter on June 17, 2008, 12:19:18 PM I need some electrical help from the camper GURU's out there. I have a 27 foot camper. I bought it from a guy at RR. There is a plug on the back that I plug into my generator. But the generator only supplies power to the window a/c and a few outlets. The previous owner ran romex to the a/c and a couple of outlets. This is okay but how do I get power to the stereo, microwave, refrigerator and such. There is a cradle on the front of the trailer where it looks like two batteries would sit. I traced the wires and it looks like they go back to the circuit panel under the bed. There are circuit fuses on the panel that run to the stereo and such but where does the power come from? Are those loads 12v or 120 volt.. AC or DC. My guess is that the stereo and such would run off of the batteries only. So..do I buy and 120 to 12 volt inverter? What do I do?
Thanks Please Help.
