Title: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: YamahaWarrior350 on May 05, 2005, 07:18:21 PM What would you rate the Yamaha Warrior from 1-10?
Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: gery350 on May 06, 2005, 09:55:49 AM i think the warrior is one of the best all around "universal" bikes. maybe its me but i dont think it handles jumps to well.
i already got a hairline crack on my frame and i dont jump that aggresively. sucks. now i gotta te it welded. Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: VForcedave on May 06, 2005, 10:46:27 AM They have not made many changes in that design untill now. I owned one and I weigh in at 270 Lbs and I rode it hard. Its the most popular sport/utilty bike for the past 10 years. It was time for a change. Great entry level mid size ride.
Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: Yamaha72 on May 16, 2005, 01:48:00 PM Personally I really dont like the warrior's whole feel it is weird the way it makes you slouch when you sit on the odd seat. When I bought my blaster I was looking to get a warrior and not my blaster but I think that I made the right choice by getting the Blaster I rate it at a 5 because it is a good bike but not up to the new technology, good thing they redisigned it for 2005 into the Raptor 350 [smiley=Approve.gif] [smiley=Approve.gif]
Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: 2Raptors on May 17, 2005, 06:45:15 AM I'd say it's a good quad for the money. There are plenty of used ones and a good amount of mods you can do to them. The 350 motor is almost bullet-proof.

Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: apkkfx400 on July 11, 2005, 03:59:10 PM I would give the Warrior a 6-it is definitely a great trail bike-easy handling, manuevering thru tight spots. Though, not so great for mx tracks! And as previously mentioned the engine is bullet proof when maintained.

Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: Old_School on October 06, 2005, 04:43:22 PM A step above a blaster in terms related to rider experience and rider ability. Maybe a 6. -Mark
Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: Toomey on October 06, 2005, 05:44:30 PM It might be a step above in overall potential and size, but I think Blaster's are much more peppy and fun to ride.
I've ridden a Raptor 350 (basically the same quad as the warrior) and I was impressed with the plushness of the suspension, quite smooth I thought. But the power..... wasn't there! :o Good quads overall, sorta like a blue 300ex? Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: 2006YFZ450 on November 14, 2005, 06:06:32 PM I'll give it a 9 cuz I never serviced. I had it for almost 2yrs. and never changed the oil or anything.
Title: Re: What would you rate a Yamaha Warrior? Post by: Ida_Mann on November 14, 2005, 06:34:55 PM bulletproof engine, great beginner quad, good all-around quad.
