i purchased a out-n-back rack with a spill proof gas can from them 2 weeks ago and now the gas can is leaking! so i called them and explained what was going on and they said they would ship me a new one out and to keep the other one ! thats customer service right there! i was hoping for a new washer to fix it, not a new can!

how do you like the out and back rack can you post sum pics of it

Have ordered a ton of stuff from them and have never had a problem. Even ordered a hemlet, after trying on a 100 at shops around town here and not finding any that fit, when the helmet arrived it fit perfectly.

Beats the hell out of going to powersports and waiting 1/2 hour for some a**ho*e to finish talking to his buddies and then taking another 1/2 hour to find the part number for a freakin oil filter and then charging you 20 bucks for it.

Mail order is the best.    

Alot of local dealers aint the brightest.  I was ordering a tie rod for a 400ex and they even asked front or rear?  Come on, you work at a honda dealership, and asking if it's a rear tierod? Nothing in the entire honda dealership has tierods for the rear wheels.  ::)

I bought a high lifter lift from them and is was $10 cheaper than it was from high lifter. Always had good luck with them.

I like Rocky Mountain also, got a warn 3.0 winch plus a lot of other stuf. Before I got to mounting the winch, they droped the price. I called them and they refunded the difference. Can't ask for better service than that.

 when i purchased my suspension i was in need of new tie-rod ends. went to the local YAMAHA(read RIPOFF)dealer and they wanted $43 for each one! and did not even have them in stock! well i took a chance and ordered 4 TUSK OFFROAD replacement YAMAHA tie-rod ends and guess what? they are good if not better than the oem ones and i only paid $63, for 4 of them shipped to my front door UPS 2nd day! my buddie also has a G-FORCE ext axle,which is EXCACTLY like my DURABLUE except his costed $199. granted all their stuff is made in JAPAN/CHINA but so are all the bad-ass quads! just my .02

If there is a company that stands #1 as far as price and sercive I'd say it is Rockymoutain.  Every now and then, another shop will have one certain part for a tad less, but you can't beat Rockymountain for an all around shop.

10years ago I bought a chain for my 86 250R, when it arrived it was too short by about 4-5 links. It was Wednesday & I was leaving Friday night for a long weeekend of riding at croom with the family & friends.  I called them, explained my situation & they said keep the chain & they overnighted a new chain to me at no charge!!!!!!!!! It fit perfectly also. Rocky is 1st class.

I can only say the same they have been great to me I use them befor barneys or powersports anytime
have also found good service at cycle gear and they price match

I just got some stuff from them last week, and they did great.  Will definately order again.  RMATV has a great catalog too.  :ThumbsUp.gif

RIGHT NOW I AM NOT HAVING A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I AM TRYING TO BUY A WINCH BUT THEY DO NOT SHOW THE MOUNTING PLATE FOR A 06 SO I DID MY RESEARCH AND GOT A PART NUMBER FROM WARN CALLED THEY SAID THEY HAD CALLED BACK TO ORDER THE PERSON THEN SAID I CAN NOT FIND THAT NUMBER. I TOLD HER THE GUY FOUND IT LAST NIGHT SHE SAID WELL I CAN'T FIND IT AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

there the best they need to carry walsh and axis or elka and stuff.
because i ordered nerf's from them. they got here and i didnt have any mounts.. they sent me the mount's and grips.. :) i menchined it to the lady and i got them 2 days later.. i have them bbbiigg thumb's up.

I take that back, I got the wrong size for my Helmet soo than I returned it and they said it would be back at the end of the month!! Than they called a couple days later and said it will take untill Feb. 22!! WTF

they r realy good but i went to order new gear and they where out but oh well still one of the best

I ordered a wrong pair of gloves and they sent me a shipping label and i was set.  Their the only place that i but gear and parts from their #1.

Awesome place bought 8 GBC Gators for 295.00 plus shipping...arrived as promised.....great place. I love the accent the girls have in customer service.

I just ordered a few parts from rockymountain.  I found that on a lot of rthings they were cheaper than motosport but you have to check both and compare prices.  Motosport has more products in some areas.  Customer service is great.  My order was on backorder for about 30 days just because of the gloves I ordered.  I recieved an email saying they will be happy to split my order free of charge so I gave them a call and it was done.  Then the next day I realized I needed a bigger size glove so I called them up again and they said no problem and this size is in stock we will ship it out right away.

have spent hundreds of dollars with rocky mountain and have never had a problem A+++

thats the only place we order from anymore too.

that would be me, I was looking from really old threads and found this so I posted what I thought and it said are you sure you want to post this has been last viewed how ever long ago and then before I knew it new replies to my post came from this.  I thank the person that started this.  I only wish that rockymountain had the exhaust I want.
