Title: Aluminum rims cleaning Post by: customrubicon on November 23, 2004, 06:42:39 PM I use mothers polish but it is a lot of work. Is there anything better or easier to use. They do not get cleaned enough because of the time it takes.

you dont need to polish it every time, The easiest and fastest way is using Brillo on them when you wash your bike, it will shine just as much as with mothers and you dont have to go buffing out like crazy. Also Mothers polish is an abbrasive for polishing BARE metal so if it hasnt scratched your Clear coat by now then brillo never will. That works much better.
