Title: Grand Prix in St. Pete. Post by: 1FasterBlaster on April 05, 2008, 08:23:15 PM I went today and going back tomorrow. If you've never been and can make it, you should...it's awesome. It's like being on the runway when a F-16 is taking off. Bring earplugs because it is very very loud.
I stood by the wall next to the track as the cars went by and it hurt my ears. But it's a kick azz time!! I'll take some pics tomorrow. Title: Re: Grand Prix in St. Pete. Had a great time, We ate lunch in the hangar with Jaime Melo,Mika Salo (Risi drivers) and Chapman Ducote (Bell Motorsports driver).

I'm not sure what kind of car was there yesterday, it looked like a Pantera, or a Vortech...it was viciously the loudest prototype their. Those Ferrari's were bad azz too!!
