Looks purty Rob but personally I prefer scratches, stains, and torn seat covers :). Chillin, the way your ride that bike doesn't have a choice. I'm suprised that it still has 4wheels on it to get around (lol). With my work schedule I can only do 2x a month but when it gets rode it's ridden Hard!!! Just ask Dreth... It doesn't have many scratches when the days over, but it gets pretty dirty at times ;) . Looks great. i really like the rear fender cut. Are they cut for a kick start, or just for looks? I don't have a kickstart. I cut the fenders like that because I ruined the right side by smashing it against my end pipe. The bottom portion of it had heat marks in one spot so this was the cut that I came up with to get rid of the damage. Thanx! You need a buffing compound and it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. This is not how she'll look for long. A couple more goodies on the way. I've heard that the Fox are actually better but just tend to roll more in the corners. That was when they first came out so that may not be an issue now. For what I do, fast trail riding there's no need for me to spend the money to upgrade. I wanted to order them a few weeks ago, but saw I needed to install some clip that mounts to the bottom of the shock. Did you have to take your shock apart at all to install them? You don't have to take them apart. There's a bracket that comes with them that fits onto the bottom of the shock and you screw them down onto that. |
