Post by: blueballs on March 13, 2005, 05:07:50 PM
was riding my 2003 grizzle in deep mud. when i got out the belt was slipping so i pulled the plug, let it drain. it would go and the belt doesnt slip  but it seems to be stuck in low or wont shift. any one know what to look for.

Take  9 through 23  off  and clean .

When U re install  make sure to tighten the nut 23 tight.
Make sure the spline on # 12 lines up on the shaft.

Yamaha has a lube to grease part #11 #12 #13

Good luck

Grizz

King Qaud..... ;D........They might be fast, but if I wanted to go fast I'd bought a raptor......My grizz spent most of the day hooked up to a king quad a few weeks ago at RR,dont get'em wet,or they wont go anywhere
