I am in the process of rebuilding a ATC 200m and when I bought it the guy told me the recoil starter fell off while he was riding it and that was all I needed to get it up and running again. I have since bought used recoil starter and have had it rebuilt but I think that there is some other parts that need to go between what I have and what is there to make a connection between the recoil starter. Here is a picture of what the side of my motor looks like....
