Title: Venom Winches Post by: retiredw3 on January 22, 2008, 01:04:28 PM I recently purchased a 2000lb Venom Winch for my 03 Sportsman 400 and the contactor was defective.After notifying Venom Winches I had a new one in the mail at no costs to me only 4 days(including the weeked) after notifying them.I think Venom Winches are a great value and their customer service is Number1.. :)
