Title: YFZ450 Front Shocks on a 300EX Post by: Yamaha72 on May 16, 2005, 01:28:47 PM My firend just recently purchased a set of front shocks from a 04' YFZ450 and with a few slight modifications they fit fine on his 2002 300EX. He said that they preform flawlessly and he said to recommend to put them on if you have a 300EX with a lower budget in mind...I do not know if this set up will work for all year's on the 300EX???

He put
them on his 400EX. He also only had to slightly modify his frame to get them to work. Personally I consider them stock shocks "wrist breakers" but if someone like them thats their business!
