Title: LTZ 400 THROTTLE/DIES Post by: WidowMaker on May 11, 2005, 12:35:24 PM Ok so heres what my issue is.....The other day i ran it out of gas...filled it up took a little while to get the gas running through the hoses again..fired up ran fine.....so i dont think this is realated with that but.(background dont ever hurt)
Question- When i try to drop the hammer and gun it. in any gear it will just fall on its face and turn off.. it feels like it is getting worse...i have to go now by giving it 1/16 throttle then like 10 sec later give it another 1/16 of an inch. Bad gas? Jets? Junk in the carb? Found the problem, line came unsnapped from the engine, replugged it, ran just fine. It had the same problem, idled fine, when I gave it gas it would die.
