For those that want to view the flyer for our next feature weekend (11th-13th january) please see the links below.

For those that want to help promote this event, please print out a few and drop them off at your local atv dealers etc. I would really appreciate the help.

the mx track is a mile long?

That's the way it reads on the flyer. Why don't ya go ride it and check it out, get back to us and let us know if it's a mile.  :ThumbsUp.gif

It takes me about 3 hours to get to Ocala from where I live. Does anyone know how long it would take to get the rest of the way?

roughly 2 hrs.and rick i did ride it in aug. smartazz i was wondering if it was bigger it wasnt a mile then.im just wanting all the info before i spend $80 again in gas :-*

dunno about the measurement, but the fastest track times were running in the 1:11 time range.

Maybe they changed it since then who knows.  :dunno.gif I don't ride on it I'm just a fat redneck ute rider.  :W

If you want to go in Jan and are short on money let me know I'm just south of you in Leesburg I'll give ya a ride. Even though you're a sport rider.  :T

I drive both because I enjoy the territory I can cover with them,,,,,some situations call for a sport, others call for a ute,,,,,love them both.

Depends on how we route it.

There is over 1 mile of track laid out, we sometimes use more and sometimes use less.

bahh! i cant make it that weekend. But i will print out some flyers and put them at some of the local shops. I'll try and stop in some of the shops in clermont and kissimmee too, just cant let the boss catch me.  ;D

got an idea,,,,how about we make a list starting here of where we have dropped off flyers so that we don't duplicate our efforts.

I'll be starting in the Orlando area tomorrow since I tried to print flyers and found I was out of ink and will grab some tomorrow.

The track is real close to a mile long. Its fun no matter how long it is and it improves everytime in some way or another. I will be adding another jump and more clay to the surface the week before the Jan. 12th ride.

cool......rick,i guess i would be a skinny redneck lol. if i had a decent vehicle i would go up there alot. my old 84 4x4 is a little sketchy.i could get a car probably to go up and help with whatever sense im single and can do whatever,whenever.but that would make me pauls and shawns biotch wouldnt it.im not very good w/authority.lol

  I haven't been out in a long time. I'm gonna try to borrow a buddies quad and go. I'll travel anywhere to ride, as long as it's good riding. Hope to see some familiar faces. I miss riding with site members!!

What is the nearest town to Motoplex, so I can mapquest?  I see that it is on the other side of Tallahasse but don't know how far.

Are pop-up campers allowed?

It is just south of Madison. A little east of Live Oak.

Pop up campers are fine, we allow free camping at our feature weekends.  ;D

dropped off a stack of ten at Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki, they said they'd be glad to help out as long as the flyer didn't have another dealer's name on it.

if all goes well i ran into a few more local ppl last night when i was out.  they were talking about wanting to come up.  hope i can bring another 3 w/ me.

The plex just got a bunch of rain so its perfect. come Jan. 12 8)

stopped at what used to be Suzuki of Orlando on Colonial yesterday and handed out some flyers to the sales guys,,,,they seemed interested themselves in coming up after I described the place.

Awesome ID@ ! I handed out about 30 of them at Croom last Sunday with some good results and left some at OAS on the way out. Oas did not seem to care one way or another about it but said It was ok to leave them on the counter for their customers.

WOW THIS IS SHAPING UP TO BE A BIG EVENT!!

This one is definatly gonna be the best time yet.............................................till february :D

  Looks like Jaida and I will be sharing her little 110cc utility. I can't get hold of a quad to ride.
    But come hell or high water, I'm going. Even if it's just to check the place out!!

Is your friend Americanrobstar still going?

if my guest keeps telling me he's broke and can't afford half the gas to get up there, then I'll have two quads and last I checked I can only ride one at a time.

ida if my part doesn't come in for mine i'll be riding blizatch or borrowing a spare quad.  but i'm not gonna let that stop me from bringing those jello shots and sweetarts.

  I was planning on going with Robster. But he says he has to work and his quad needs a Artic Cat battery so I won't be riding it. I'm still going with my buddy Drew. But since I can't ride, he's leaving his LTR. We'll just be hanging out and checking the place out.
   I'll probably bring Jaida's little 110cc since she hasn't ridden it yet. I want to let her ride her Christmas present.
   QT, we had cherry Coke Jello shots for New Years with cherries in them. I ate like 15 of them and was tipsy by 10:30. If we're allowed alchohol at the event, maybe I will bring some too!!

doesn't matter nathan.  beggers can't be chosers.  i dont' care if you put me on a 90cc bike.  it's better than nothing.  ha!

definitely bring some.  i ran out of cooler space for them last time and ran out before sat night.

Chino, nice offer but I've seen Jaida on a quad. She ain't givin it up for nuthin'.

And yes I'd be fine on a quad that small as long as I could carry the consession stand around for everyone.

check out my signature for my quads, but I'll probably be riding my Rubicon for most of the time because I haven't ridden it in about a year.

and it hasn't been reliable in more than that.

  Is the entrance fee still $20. dollars if you only go for one day?

Man I am gonna miss this one :(. Looks like everyone is gonna be there! It is my wifes b-day & Sat night I promised to take her to Howl at The Moon...saloon that is. My next event will be the February ride for the chilli cookoff. Hopefully have some venison chilli if possible, if not then some 3mile island habanero chilli, eat it if you dare.

Chino, if you go Saturday, make sure you get Jaida some seat time early & see if she would like to ride in the kids events, they are a blast!

  I'm gonna try and get there early. She will have fun no matter what she's doing. She's just happy going somewhere with Daddy!!

  I had a friend that said he would drive my Daughter and I to the Motoplex. Apparently, he went out drinking lastnight with his buddies and now it looks like I have no ride. Dayum alchoholics!!
   Good friends are hard to find these days. My Daughter woke up this morning and put on all her riding gear and I had to tell her we might not be going. I was really looking forward to going and just seeing the place. I'm so bummed out right now.

That really sucks man. I'm sorry that I had to work this weekend. Maybe sometime soon when my bills and stuff are paid off we can load all the stuff on my truck and roll out there for the next event.
