well well  boys chalk it up as a good day for   yall and a bad one for me and a few other  riders that usually do good
lol  remember this i never have 2 races back to back that is bad lol i will be back with the black beast  jan 2nd and eatin some ass for yall boys  lol

alot of people had a rough day today

not to mention  they start my damn class withought me even being on the line lol   oh well  

jason  u didnt ride that banshee like  the 250r man  lol its all good chalk it up to a bad day  u 2 clay!!! lol

yeah i had a bad day and a lot of problems but i am not trying to say anything but i was smokin them in practies with my C.S. motor well i guess i am say some thing sorry but i know i can get some one to back me up on that. :)

My 1st time out there and didn't know what to expect. Missed that 1st race also >:(. I think that if they're gonna charge damn near $30, 8 to get in 20 to race, it should have been more organized. They had 2classes b/f the open beginner they skipped. Called us once and didn't have the common courtesy to give us time to get over there. Once they called I put my helmet on and took off over there w/ a couple other guys. By the time we got over there they had started the race :-[. Also is seems that they were merely rushing to get it done and over w/. There were many times were people were jumping b/f the flag was waved and they let the race continue. Guys lining up w/ half bike leads, all that is critical for positioning into that 1st turn. Not complaining, but if I'm gonna pay that kind of $ I expect it to be better organized. Hopefully it'll be better on Jan 2nd.

I didn't do bad though, I placed 6th in the 2nd moto after starting on the back row ;). Pretty good for my first time ever racing on a track I guess.

  welp, didnt make it out :( had a fishin tourney instead. sounds like you guys didnt make out all that well huh. what pos. did everyone finish and lets here the low down. and the excuses. my bike broke, the air was cold and made it run funny, my bones were aching from racing so much, i only have fifty thousand dollars in my quad and if i could spend another ten i could win, the air pressure was toooo low, i got dizzie from going around in circles, if my dads last name was todd maybe he would build me a rocket ship so i could win, oh,,,,and my favorite,,,,santa hasnt come yet so just wait till after christmas cause i been a good boy!!! just pick one!!....lmao. im just kidding guys, kinda sounds like the todd boys when we were growin up..huh j.t. just kiddin bro....hell, i never made excuses........yup. thats my story!!! lmao.   well anyways let me know how everyone did!!! and you guys will get em next time....hell, maybe ill be there and let ya out run me!!!!......laterz

PRACTICE!! YOUR TALKIN' BOUT PRACTICE!
I REMEMBER A LITTLE "R" WITH A BLOWN OUT CLUTCH AND A MOTOR W/ NO COMPRESSION THAT CAME FROM A WHOLE STRAIGHT AWAY TO CHASE DOWN THAT C.S. BIKE IN PRACTICE.  NOT TO MENTION THAT ALL OUR BIKES CAME IN 1ST 2ND AND 3RD IN AMATEUR AND EXPERT.

Thank God my piston finally went in my quad! It had probably 100 hours on it!  Now I can finally do a few things we have been wanting to do to it.  

By the way ATVALTZ!  The second heat didnt count for me anyway because i switched quads.  Just playing around on that banshee!  If you boys want me to ride that one like I ride my R then let me know. ;D  I dont think it will be to fair though!  Get yourself a little more motor in that 400 and you'll be outrunning your cousin!

Thinks everyone for your input we have passed on to the boss we will have more time for staging and we have to do something with starting. I called about the new P.A. system it will be shipped to day or tomorrow. We will try to get some kind of temp P.A system before Jan. 2. Keep the input comming we hear you thanks for your help.

thats just an excuse  just wait till next time i wont have a bad day and in pratice iwas have in fun and i didnt see no one. so save ur trash talk because next race it will be diffrent.and c.s. motor was whupin that todd motor in pratice and u know it  :).

I got 3rd place in the youth class.  Had a great time!  Appreciate the track being graded but agree that the staging area was a bit confusing as was the fact that people jumped the line.  I even a kid in my class who jumped so bad that he took the bungee with him and the race wasn't restarted.  can't wait to go back.  Hopefully I will get a bigger trophy next time!!!

I think just a traffic light would be good then you would have a red light to stop a race or during staging a yellow light for caution and a green light to go. it would take 2 people, one to run the light and one to check everyone to make sure their ready. other then that I had a great day of racing I finished 4th in the begginer   class.

Not only did I roll out to practice late, but when i did you were already a full straight away ahead of me, it only took two and a half laps to catch you and i still had to pass two riders to do it. As a matter of fact i probably had 20 people tell me how fast i was coming up on you.  That CS motor runs good but it has nothing for me, or any one of our bikes!  Like I said 1st 2nd 3rd! And i didnt even finish the race!  Please whatever you do please continue to race that bike!  You have enough talent to ride w/ the big boys, i would hate to see you w/ an actual motor!
One more question.  Your cousins Z, whats been done to that bike? That thing is moving along pretty bad ass! I noticed because you werent pulling him more than A bike length down the straight away!! ;D ;D ;D
Let me know if you want to come ride w/ us sometime!  Maybe we will teach you some old school!!  We will also teach you not to take things so seriously!  We dont expect you to be able to hang w/ us on a TT track, just like theres no way we could beat you on a MX track (At least not till a few practice laps!) I think you owe your parents an apology! Your Mom and Dad do an awesome job for you!  Have a good time and smile while your out there!  I know you guys dont like us much but were not too bad when you get to know us!  We just like too have fun! well looks like i wont get to race gatorback my starter clutch went out witch is behine the flywheel and cna u belive out of 1000,00000000 ads in dirtwheels no one has a  what they call a rotor puller for a damn z400 i got another z 400 sitting here i could barrow a starter clutch from if i had a puller  but i guess  i am screwed for gatorback    :'(

oh well   come jan 2nd u boys will be seing alot of the rear of number 101  lol   might as well stroke it while i am in the motor ???  keep yall wondering

You get it big dog!! You have definately come a long way in a short time!  Probably the most improved rider ive seen!  You get some motor in that thing and you could run w/ anybody there!  I saw you picking them boys apart coming from behind!

well i had a good day..... got second in expert and am... i won the first moto in am and in the second moto i got run over on the start and was dead last to the first corner but then i came back and finished 4th in that moto.  expert class i got 3rd in the first moto cuz ol marshal had to stall in the corner and i had to hit him and then ol wes just sneeks up on ya.. but in the second moto i got' r' done... lol  jt i reckin i can say i beat ya this time and it didnt have nothin to do with ur plug... lol yea that was the funnest race i've been in for a while guess its cuz ever since i have started racin' u, marshal, and wes were the fastest peeps out there and i was keepin up and maken yall chase me instead of me chasin yall... but i'll see all yall out there on jan 2nd i guess is the next one.  cya

I love Ricky Hines! If there is anyone out there that can beat me then he is one of them! He has definatley earned the right to be held in high respect.  Him , JOEY, and a few others have been around a while!  AND IVE BEAT THEM ALL!!!!!!
Racing Rick would be an honor and always has been! We could definately use some competition out there!  You better have your game face on when you race Rick!

But know one thing that is completely undisputed no matter what anyone says!! The proof is in the puddin' brother!  There hasnt been a quad out there that can hang w/ an RTR quad!
It just seems kind of funny that anyone can argue that fact!
I know i talk alot of crap, and most of it is crap!! But it is more rider than anything!  I remember taking a stock R and sweeping every single race in the AM class!

Damn there's alot of smack talk goin' on in here. From what I'm reading, all the money dumped into some of these bikes you better be winning something. If not, you need to get out of the game ;). It's fun watching you guys compete in the Open Am, Open Expt classes. Hell, I think the open Beg. classes are hauling ass ;D. It's all in fun though I hope.

I was trying to figure out which one of those Hondas was you. There were a few out there haulin' ass. Sorry that I didn't call ya like I said. I was kinda excited and wrapped up in the moment getting ready for my 1st race. I'll definitely hook w/ you guys on the 2nd. Just let me know where you guys are on the 2nd. You might not want my 4stroke over there w/ those mean 2 strokes 8).

just had to toss in my two cents..so here goes....first off all of yall remember this....jt talks a whhhooooleee lot a chit...but you know why he does.....cause he can!!! and everyone needs to quit hatin cause i can tell you from years of experience..if you want it fast...rick todd can make it that way. i have been out run by rtr bikes my whole life...not always grant you...but alot. so, just cause someones beating the crap out of you every week is no reason to talk like his stuff is crap. hell, i remember the first sand mount. race his dad run on that banshee....i smoked him on a stock raptor!!...i mean bone stock!!! course, i actually beleive the bike had tooo much power for rick on that track. the second moto he wrecked it. sooo, you can get lucky on anything....but i will tell you. that banshee was the fastest bike there....period!!! hell, call curtis sparks and tell him to come see....it dont take a blind man!!! and lets not forget...curtis martin builds a hell of a machine...been doin it for years too. so his bikes are no slouch!! but, you can put a cripple blind man on a rocket to race a turtle and he will lose...hence, bike is only as fast as the rider!!!! period!!! if you want to claim ya have the fastest bike..well then drag race it, cause any ole chump can go fast in a straight line. thats why there is so many people at saltsdale....hell my little girl is 6 and she can open my raptor all the way up...man thats tough.  
as far as ricky hines is concerned....hes a punk!!!....lmao..actually, put him out there and he will run with the big dogs....if he has a bike thats pretty decent. sand mountain is a drag race pretty much lets not forget!!! also, give me a rtr bike and ill run with whoever is there. j.t. ricky, joey...you name it. but, i havent spent a billion dollars on my quad and if i had the money rick todd would be the one i'd choose...so instead, i go out and run the stock bike and beat up suckers with moocho money in there machines just to laugh when they come back next week having spent more money and get beat again!!!! ;D ;D

i am not sayin the rtr bikes are junk or not fast just sayin c.s   can make the same bike faster not haten or talkin bad about rtr  just tryin to tell everyone he can  do it

Actually, I think it's pretty petty to argue over WHO BUILDS A FASTER BIKE THAN WHO. Noone at Sandmountain is gettin' paid or is on TV to do any racing. If you think you're "That Fast" you need to compete in some real races w/ dudes that'll ride backwards on most of us at Sandmountain and still win. I think you guys are losing site of the big picture, that's to have fun and compete. Win gracefully and lose gracefully as well. Just my .02 on this whole thing.

I've just got one thing to say about all of this.  (and no I haven't been out to Sandmountain yet)  But where would you put your money first if you wanted to go faster on a track like sandmountain or a MX track?  Engine or Suspension?  I'll take suspension any day of the week.
 
I ride a STOCK YFZ450 and I dont care what motor work you have done, if it is still in the same class, I will be in the top 3 into the first turn.  (Usually 1st).  I'm not braggin but I get a good jump off the gate.  Always have.  But what hurts me is no suspension later in the race.  It takes it's toll on this old body.

Even the pros will tell you to stay as close to stock on the motor.  If you dont your going to dump a ton of jack into it trying to fix it.  and do it more often.  

I'm looking forward to coming out there to see what it is all about.  Never been on a track that is as smooth as Sandmountain looks.

well l.ooks like i will be racing a stock 400 motor next race  since suzuki dont know how to tightin bolts when they put a engine together  5 bolts hold the magnet to the starter clutch backed out  and shredded the stator and busted the megnet all up all the shaving went into the motor just bombed the whole thing  lol  all the engine work down the drain lol cant believe it   oh well just a warning to all u racing a z400 u better jerk that side cover off and lock tight and re tourqe  thos ethings trust me not worth  it to not take 30 min and do dthat      we gotta split the case and everything sooo  not good but i will be out there jan 2nd ready to eat some ass   but i dunno if  i will have enough motor  but i  will ride the hell out of it anyway lol  see yall there

Look out for the old R come the 2nd!! Gonna be alot faster and meaner.  On alchohol and screamin like a banshee!  Hell I might just ride the banshee!! Just to shut a few critics up!!

Hell, i know im good enough to be! And definately endowed enough!! ;D ;D  But I choose a different path!!  Come on man, there is only so much you can do with a motor!  Years and Years of experience will put anybody in the same boat as someone else, no matter how big your name is!!
What it boils down to is-
1. personal touch- i cant send my motor off and get it back and trust that it will be right!! Lets face it, it comes off an assembly line! Curtis Sparks, CT, Trinity, Wicked, or anyone else is personally building these bikes.
2. Tuning- I personally have my bikes tuned to my riding style! Balls to the wall!!! Wound out to the max!! Other people ride a little smoother and more conservative! That bring jetting, suspension, gearing, tranny, all the way down to tire pressure into play!!

Can we get over this crap, and get back to what is MOST IMPORTANT!!  That is - THAT I AM KING!! AND YOU GIRLS CANT HANG!!
SERIOUSLY- lets just have fun!!

im hopin to make it out the second...just not sure whats on the schedule as of yet!!!   just got my 900 stroker motor hooked up to the nitrous on the raptor....and hell, i decided to take the damn shocks off it...just slows it down. so all is left is to install the seatbelts and break it in!! ;D ;D

hey jason seriously  man personal touch  lol  how sthis for personal touch i never  did anything to my motor bought my carb jetted  engine wa sdone and shipped to me and i know for fact i   my bike is not fastest 4 stroke out there but will keep up with any z400 out there now u can build a z400 and do what u liek to do to tthe motor and i bet anything u cant make it any faster using the same parts  tc used to build my motor i mean i guess i see were your coming from about rtr 's personal touch plus 2strokes are a lil different than 4 strokes but 4 strokes i dont think personal touch has mucht effect

hey guys ya sand mountain was fun that day it is always execpt 2nd race in sportsman i had the red 300ex and was in first till my dang right shock blew and i flipped fractured my arm and 2 fingers pisses me off i want to race >:( lol but ill be back eventually ya rtr380 some people in ur class might have liked it becus ur r blew its clutch give them a chance lol but hope u get it up in running again b4 next race

by the way wayne  my motor and tc who built my motor had nothing to do witht he magnet bolts coming out the is a   factory suzuki  problem they didnt torque  or  locktight them enough  or something that part of the motor has never bene touch until now oh well u cna have your opinion my motor ran a whole moto with a blown out stator and magnet with shaving all in the motor and  came from 2nd row to 2nd place and it still ran so to me cant say nothin bad about it it ran a whole moto on just battery juice lol

oh well i am comin out there the 2nd  to just race and see what i can do on that stock motor lol jsut have fun what we all should be doin every race but  its not just me everyone that loves to race sometimes gets a little to serious its human nature  i guess  i dunno

Lets take a poll!!  Who in here thinks that when your racing, you should try your hardest to not touch another rider, and try really really hard to watch where your roost is going!

BUMPING IS RACING!! Trying to take someone out is another story, but if  im in front (which is mostly the case ;D) and im slowing everyone up and they dont stick their nose in and get close then they are sissiiees! :'(

I would like to go to the track one time and not have to listen to all the crying! If you race w/ the big boys then race like the big boys!! You owe it to your parents (who have done more for you than most ive ever seen) to shut up and have a good time!
