I don't know everyone going but here's a few, Kevin Kerrn (Pro-Am Unlimited), Josh Williams (Pro-Am Production), Alex Kirchner (Womens A) and anyone else going from Florida. Good Luck to all, and show them there is some fast guys and girls in Florida.

I talked to Josh yesterday and he said it was a 40hr. drive to Cali. I was going to race Dade saturday, but I just had some work done to my shocks and rode them tonight at Dade and they are still not right, so i'm sending them back to Custom Axis tomorrow, but we will be there my two sons are racing. Good Luck saturday

Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: KEV96 on February 08, 2005, 05:47:59 AM Angela took first in open A not second. I was lined up beside her in the first moto, when the gate dropped she took off so fast I looked down to see if I was even moving, i was but she was moving alot faster. Anyway I'll catch her next time (or maybe not).
Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: atvaltz on February 08, 2005, 12:15:55 PM how about those hondas lol natalie's blew up the first moto wimmer had alot of motor problems the 2nd moto lol byrd and farr 1/2 the field that ran honda finished in top 10 lol goodman runs suzuki as well as doug and jones firts moto was suzuki 2 3 and 4 not sure were goodman finished last moto ol 400's stayin together lol

Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: redrider on February 08, 2005, 02:50:05 PM Two honda might have messed up but look at byrd and FARR and also atvltz you said the suzukis where pullin up that 500ft up hill section i dont belive that all those bike are around equally as fast it dont matter what the suzukis finished in who got first a Honda well see who wins the next round my pratictions are honda and suzuki are gonna be battling it out this year yahama will be behind sorry for all you yahama but thats just what i think
Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: atvaltz on February 08, 2005, 04:01:08 PM lol redrider yoshi is getting almost 60 horse out of those bikes this year i dont care if u think those z's was not pullin up the hill i got the video that shows it all
i also got video of doug comin out the gate almost last and by the time they hit the sweeper turn he was sitting 2nd sooo unless he is magic that must mean his bike is has mor ehp than most the guys out there john is riding a honda this year he wont be in top 3 at the end of the year he was on yamaha last year and got 2nd we will see but i dont see far doing a whole lot this year far always does good in mudd races and thats what this was oh well we will see all i know is doug will be on the podium everyrace i do believe i hope so anyway Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: redrider on February 08, 2005, 04:59:50 PM Dude every quad out theres is almost as equally as fast just because gust came out in second when he was in last doesnt mean it was all his bike maybe he took the best line .ever thought of that . gust is awesome rider you have to put that into play .i think natalie will be up there he is fast as crap i say suzuki and honda top 3 but i got sumtin a pro staduim race couple of weeks ago Farr was in it he never got the jump at all but he beat all the suzukis and yahamas to the first corner and so did natalie and what were they riding a HONDA .also going up that 500ft up hill section maybe gust and jones had a line that was alot faster like maybe jones or gust found one and since there team mates they would share it to each other. again all the bikes are about the same just because you ride a suzuki dont mean there the fastest thing out there i do agree the suzki is a very mean and fast bike but i think its time for the honda's and suzkis to shine enough coverage on yahma's the yfz is a very nice bike all around but to much credit was given to them and not enough to the honda and if the yahama's were so good then why would dustin wimmer, and john natalie, and joe byrd switch over to a honda? also ive heard rumors i quess that john natalie rode his honda and said that it was the fastest bike he have ever rode.
Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: LostCause on February 08, 2005, 05:05:31 PM It is all about factory support. Suzuki and Honda give it and Yamaha doesn't. That is the reason Jones left Yamaha.

Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: atvaltz on February 09, 2005, 04:19:21 AM lol red rider lol know dave gibson and matt at east coast manager and owner of ecatv the reason natalie and wimmer are ridding honda is cause yamaha wouldnt cut them a brake on the pric eof the bike not cause honda was faster
byrd is riding it cause he is so tall and it is more comfortable for him he said the hondas are not as fast as the yamahas its a fact i have seen drag race after drag race and just look at stock hp yamaha has more honda has 1 cam yamaha has 2 cams ??? yamaha is running a higher comp piston thats the reason yamaha out of the box is faster than honda it will be a good race year but doug and jones will go 1 and 2 this year u will see whne u go to gatorback to watch them team suzuki has 4 rigs at the track lol i mean there bike is takin all apart between motos lol 4 guys on each bike lol they will have no break downs lol i mean they even got the man paul turner turning wrenches on dougs bikes lol what else can u do they got the most backing and money so they wont be stopped to to what u call factory honda timm fars rig lol they got mark bladwin in there turning wrenches lol 1 guy sorry he dont got time to check everything on that bike thats why he gets dnf's he had a few last year and will have some this year Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: dreth on February 09, 2005, 05:55:32 PM Quote Dreth- Go to www.atvscene.com. Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: redrider on February 10, 2005, 04:48:08 PM Hey atvltz i just found something one atvscene
Suzuki keeps it honest After the race Suzuki filed a protest against Farr. "I was told I looked faster out of the gate and going up the hills. All I can say is my Honda runs pretty well. Combine that with the good bite my ITP tires got and, yeah I think I did have an advantage", said Farr about the protest. Tom Carlson of TC Racing conducted the tear down displacement test. He confirmed Farr's Honda as being legal with a 449cc displacement reading. Looks like right here suzukis saying that the 450r looked like it was going faster up the hills then the suzukis but i thought you said the suzukis were faster up the hills i think suzuki shouldnt have protested just because they got beat both times whats up with that? Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: LTZ400ApK on February 10, 2005, 05:18:17 PM I Know i should add my 2 cents but here we go wasnt Gust's quad Protest almost every race last season?Maybe its just paybacks ;D
Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: redrider on February 10, 2005, 05:37:51 PM yes Gust bike was checked alot but i dont think strately from Mark baldwin and Timm Farr
Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: dreth on February 10, 2005, 06:38:07 PM Quote What is his last name and what class did he run? jason williams, yfz 450 , pro production i think Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: LostCause on February 10, 2005, 07:03:19 PM Could it be Josh Williams From Okeechobee?
He finished 9th in Pro Am Production and 4th in production A. Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: bartowmx#3 on February 10, 2005, 07:17:51 PM red rider, man all you worship is honda...most of it is rider, atvaltz is right tim does good in muddy races..atleast everyrace i saw last year, im not try to get any honda rider pist but you have to put some money in the motor to keep up with the yfz but when you do its a fast bike, kevin good job out there!!
Title: Re: GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE GOING TO CALIFORNIA Post by: atvaltz on February 10, 2005, 08:12:50 PM lol he didnt look faster lol they protested him just to do it 100 bucks inst sh*t for suzuki lol tim is the one who protested doug last year so just a little payback redrider tim will not win the championship this year i got 100 on it he has mark baldwin and thats it he cant do what paul turner and 5 guys on each one of team suzuki's bikes just wont happen watch suzuki in between motos lol the bike is tore all down inspected and put back together they got clark jones tuning there suspension best in the buisness wayne hinson in there corner as well they got the best of the best doin there bikes sorry but tim doesnt have the backing to win it all either jones or doug will win it this year no one else has the backing or money and thats what it takes no dnf's
