Title: 04 Suzuki Vinson 500 Post by: Suzuki Twins on October 02, 2007, 08:00:43 PM Has anyone had problems with their bike over-heating? There is plenty of fluid in the radiator. It will ride for a long time, then it will start over heating and I need to shut off the bike and let the fan run for a little bit. Does anyone know the problem?
Title: Re: 04 Suzuki Vinson 500 Post by: Bleedsblue on October 03, 2007, 12:25:10 PM You need to clean the radiator out better. Very common in any of the 500cc or bigger ATVs, all it takes is a few fins clogged up with mud and it will overheat.
