Title: Titling question.need answers ASAP. Post by: Miami450R on September 23, 2007, 05:58:25 PM I have a 450r that im planning on trading for a banshee.
now . the title , isnt under the person who i bought it from's name , its under the person HE bought it from. if i want to sell it , and the person plans to register it , what has to happen . does the old owner have to register . so that i can again register it. so that the new owner can register it? or can i just register it to my name and skip the old owner?
