Title: Weekend Trip w/my Kawi 360 Post by: cheropride on July 01, 2007, 08:45:11 PM As I posted Friday, the shop gave me my bike back so that I could take it for our planned trip. Well, lets list what they did fix, it will be a shorter list. It does now go into 4WD and they finally fixed the 4WD light....
Left two bolts of the converter plate >:( Shaft the leads to the 4WD housing, leaks worse than when I sent it in >:( Leaked oil, I think from the 4WD housing, all underneath the unit >:( The right hand side mud flap, and side panel, all bent to hell, something that obviously happen at the shop. The converter now rubs the the mud flap, bad. And the wind noise is now loud as hell. So all and all, she ran like a charm.... Not!! Road it a little, was really careful, was so pist I called them Saturday and went off. Again, my husband thinks that I am getting too upset, that getting mad at them ain't going to do anything, which really sent me off. How long am I suppose to be nice. I realize the bike was already going back in the shop, but according to them, they only needed on more part, all the other issues, except the winding was fixed. And now the damn thing is in worse shape then when the got it.... Let's see how long they have it this time, and what kind of shape I get it back. I am glad though I had the bike for the weekend, cause at the least it was already going back in, and now I know what they have done and haven't done. Made the best of it though, and it was hot as hell this weekend. Going to take long bath, and sit back, watch TV and veg..... Just thought I would share.... thanks guys & gals... As always, appreciate any suggestions, trust me I have thought of a few choice, but can't post here....lol Title: Re: Weekend Trip w/my Kawi 360 Post by: AmericanRobster on July 01, 2007, 11:29:20 PM Hopefully things get better this time around for ya. Is your ATV still under warranty? If it is try and take it to another shop that honors warranty work.
