Title: North East Florida Riding Areas and Groups
Post by: JR on October 28, 2004, 10:38:58 AM
We are relatively new ATV riders, looking for legal, family type places to ride in North East Florida.  Live in St. Augustine and willing to travel, but would like to find some better riding places that are open to the public.  We also would like to find a group of riders to join with on occasion.  Thanks for any input.

Ocala is not far from you, Rodman area is on the north end of the forest at SR 19 and the Barge Canal, turn right on the south side of the bridge and follow it to the end. A GPS is a good thing to have, it's a big place. Watch the group ride section there is always something going on.

We are in St. Aug south.  not too far apart.  We have been to Rodman 3 of the last 6 weekends.  We are learning our way around that area.  Have not yet been to big scrub to ride and we are very interested in the Durham town place in Ga.  We are mostly into trail rides although our oldest son is into all types of riding.  We need to get together one weekend for a ride.   [smiley=Cool.gif]
