I took my 250r with paddles to New Smyrna back in 1990 and although I didn't get a ticket I did get a lecture. The cop wasn't thrilled about the divits I left either...
Title: Re: The beach Post by: Ida_Mann on December 15, 2004, 10:54:38 AM I have heard rumors from credible sources that somewhere in Flagler county you can ride on the beach, but I didn't even get the chance to drop the tailgate before I got a lecture and a warning ticket at Matanza's Inlet.

Yeah now he is waiting for a court date for riding on the dunes of a state park. I wont take my chances
