It is nice to know people are reading my threads and runnin' with the big dogs, here are some of the things I found on the trail today, where some one found trouble. I'll bet I know you or someone who knows you if you are mentioning that spot. :) My bike is half apart for its regularly scheduled maintenance. I might ride later tonight or tomorrow. Also, FWIW: That beer can is called a flat top, they didn't start with pull tabs until 1962. They don't make em like they use to!! I've seen year old cans nearly disintegrated out there... Me and 2 friends took a canoe trip on the Suwannee from the swamp to the GULF (200+ miles in 11 days). You will be surprised at what you will find in WILD FLORIDA!!

Anyone there? The place has been so clean the only garbage I pulled out of there was what you see in the pictures. Seems like everyone forgot about the place...not that it's a bad thing...:) It is going to get real nasty, real quick out there so they say on the news this AM. Bring on the rain!! Thinking about asking my husband that next weekend we do a ride out there, the only issue is my son's 4-wheeler, he only has 90 at this time. How dry is it? Should I just leave his home? What you think? It is so dry you could take a big wheel nearly a mile from the boat ramp. A dust mask and goggles are the only thing I would be sure not to forget. :) This could change quick if the weather would cooperate, but it looks like the news was wrong about rain today, so I assume the big hope of three days they promised us is also probably out. Past a mile and it starts to get thick, but riding way beyond spences is no problem for the seasoned veterans of this hobby, All the reptiles are piling up in the water holes that far out though...if you get my drift. Plenty of mom's out there as well. I wouldn't want to be stuck out there at night. With the loss of the east side, it ain't what it use to be, it is just close for me and as you know, it is pretty rare to be able to run nearly all of it.. My buddy is on his way there right now, hopefully him and a few others will post up their experiences from today. Here's a few recent photos to jog the memory a little.
