It's got mud holes, trails, sand, it's a good place to ride. There usually alot of people out there too. Also if you want to drive you can go out to Titusville to whats known as 5A or scotts dale. If you take 46A to 95 go north on 95 the next exit get off and make a left you'll see all the trucks parked out there, but be carefull alot of trails easy to get lost stay with riders that know the area.
