Check out this article on ORV use in Big Cypress. Another win for the tree huggers. We are going from dispersed use to designated trails. Of cource next will be no trails. They do this slowly as to not raise the red flag all at once and slowly squeeze us out.

Someone tell me who the president of those tree-hugger societies are so I can take my damn 4-wheeler to her front yard and leave her a few f**k**g ruts.

God I hate them damn hippies.

This is nothing really new.  They have been making the designated trails in Big Cypress for a couple years now.  There is still dispersed use until they finish the trail system though.  The trail system there creating is not holding up very well in the rainy season and will soon be washed out if they dont keep maintaining it on a yearly basis.  I don't think you have to worry about them squeezing us out though as long as people continue to own property in there.  Property owners have to use some kind of ORV to get back there.  Also the plan that the NPS came up with was not just to benifit the tree huggers but it also benifited us for the fact that it proves ORV use can be used in sensitive areas if done correctly by using trail systems.  Hey as long as we can still ride I'm all for it.
