Title: Re: Where to RIDE IN LAKELAND Post by: Vegas on March 19, 2005, 07:33:06 PM I'm in Lakeland also.
I just spent a week riding in Ocala National forest. It's completely awesome and well worth the trip. BIG SCRUB is the campground. There's sooooo many miles of trails. It's well worth the two hour ride. You could ride for days and not see the entire place. I'm sure you know about croom which is good. Also, there's a motorcross track in Bartow just south of Hwy 60. I've never ridden out at the Mud Ranch, how is it? Title: Re: Where to RIDE IN LAKELAND Post by: Vegas on March 27, 2005, 01:34:33 PM I have not heard of any places to ride in Aburndale.
If you can find out a general vicinity or some landmarks, I'll check it out. I live in Lakeland, right next to Aburndale. Title: Re: Where to RIDE IN LAKELAND Post by: Vegas on March 27, 2005, 01:36:39 PM I have not heard of any places to ride in Aburndale.

My uncle told me about a place out on 559 right before I-4 turn right onto the road that heads back to haines city and theres a pit or somethin on the right, anyone know what this is?

Let me know, I'm suppose to close on some River Ranch property this week. (It keeps getting pushed back). Once I close though, I'll get you in out there if you want.
