talk about a good hp to weight ratio Title: Re: R1 powered Kart Post by: Jeepin' on February 06, 2007, 03:57:03 PM I want that. Its to low to the ground in my opinion, would scratch alot and after awhile the bottom would need to be replaced if it has diamoundplate.
Title: Re: R1 powered Kart Post by: LTR450 994 on February 06, 2007, 04:14:25 PM way too much hp to have any real fun with it at any track. the kart just spins out every time you get on the gas.
Title: Re: R1 powered Kart Post by: xr100racer on February 06, 2007, 04:28:09 PM Ive watched alot of kart racing videos and it seems like they are always flipping over and sliding on their head. Too scary for me. I just want that R1 kart to drive around in a big parking lot

Title: Re: R1 powered Kart Post by: xr100racer on February 06, 2007, 05:34:54 PM If you gave that thing any more traction it would be hard/impossible to keep the front end down with the motor in the back

I got to see a 125 shifter cart run and wow. It laid a 40 yard patch of rubber. Thats all the more power you need. It had more then enough and you could still drive the thing like a real kart. unlike that thing.

I'd just drive around town. I think police would be to amazed to even pull you over. They wouldn't believe their eyes and even when they did, you'd be a mile a away.
