No ones making a bolt together kit yet. I was the first person to use the correct length KTM85SX front forks, but they are on my Z. I made my tripple clamps from scratch borrowing some design from an old Laegers setup, but I've had some problems in a few specific areas. I'm working on trying to get all that fixed design wise, and then I hope to be able to have a ready to go kit for about anyone. My original set was all welded together, each clamp was about 9 different pieces and it just took hours and hours to machine out each individual piece and weld it all together, I'd have to charge a $1,000 a set if I did each one like that. I'm trying to re-do the design with as few pieces as possible. If I had access to a 3 axis CNC mill I could make a complete billet set but all I've got is old manual stuff  :(

try contacting or sending your prototype to vortex and ask Matt if he will do it on the cad don't know what he will charge but it might be a more efficient time wise way to do it
