Title: Re: Out of State Rider Post by: Joe Porter on February 02, 2007, 03:36:28 PM Kentucky don't have a title or registration law for quads and bikes and in my case I got my quad over12 years ago and the guy I got it from has sence pasted on so a Bill Of Sale would be hard to come by. ::)
