We love to go riding whenever we get a free moment. Currently we are playing alot of travel soccer. But that ends in a few weeks and then we have alot of time to go riding.

I'm definetly down to ride anytime!  I love camping too.  Just got back from a camping trip this weekend with lots of riding! :)

Maybe we can put together a "meet n greet" this weekend for everyone to get acquainted and do some riding together.

Once I get through with soccer we can certainly meet and greet ...

All sounds GREAT, I have a 12yr & 13yr olds both are boy Scouts love to camp and ride. My job & boy scouts only allow us to travel every other month or so, but will ride any where arround town (with in 75 miles from home) Would be up for a meet & greet any time!! ;D

holylands sunday...where do you unload at crossover or at pump station. hopefully at the pumpstation...after you can wash the bike in the boat ramp...weather calls for some rain. ill ride anyway...

hehe...we make our own trails when we go out there, right brett? lol

we make our own trails, throght cattails, 7 feet high.
you really can not get lost.....just remember sun sets in the west... go north to the levee. yesterday we went through some nasty awesome trails, did not know where we were but we made it out by dark.

barely! lol  my fan stopped working so i was runnin hotter than hell on a summer day, the other guy (what was his name again??) got his throttle stuck and was running Wide Open the WHOLE way back, blippin the ignition to slow down from time to time...balls to the wall baby!

My winch took a dive, brett's bike was acting weird and the honda, well, its a honda...thats a problem in itself hehe

anyways i had a blast and look forward to doin it again with my tires!!!!!!!

I'm trying to coax the wife and kids into doing DP on 2 & 3 July because we'll be in Georgetown GA from 1 July through the 18th. We'll hook-up if I pull it off and you're there that weekend.

we will be in durhamtown ga tuesday-friday the last week in june,july on the way home we r campin out on our land just off i-75 & i-10,call me with ur #,mine is posted

Hey Chris, my name is Becca, my husband races sometimes at Brandenton as well.  Did you know that there is a pretty cool campground right near Bradenton, called Peace River Campground.  The have RV Hookups & Tents, have some pretty good ATV Trails.  Yes, you are aloud to ride ATV's at this camp and you are so close to Brandenton. The also allow some nightrides, I believe it is up to 10PM - But that may of changed.

I keep telling my husband, he can just go racing, and leave me & my son @peace river (haha).  But if you go up to Brandenton, you should check it out.  It would also be a great place for alot of people to meet up.  Their rates are pretty good and they also have the river and other stuff.

Peace River is nice for tubing, caneoing, and kayaking. The riding is okay but personally I wouldn't go out of my way to go riding there. We have gone tubing down the river though and stopped at camps along the way to cook and sleep. It is alot of fun!

if u guy ever come to the ocala or rodman area hit me up i can bring my crew we can all ride

The Campground itself is pretty good, especially if you are already in the area.  According to Chris is races @Bradenton and the track is not too far from the campground.  We've always had a pretty good time there, actually we have had some really great times there!  Is it the best riding in Florida, no, but if you are into camping and riding, it is a pretty good campground.

Check out picture. This is within the campground, but you can also ride outside the park - but IF THERE IS ALOT OF RAIN - the River does flood alot of the trails.  Before we go, we always check the river levels which are on the website.  Really great when levels low, for you can actually ride your ATV through the river - sweet...

Chris, we(wife, 8 yo & 13 yo) live in Sunrise near Sawgrass Mills. Ride Holeyland a lot(not much during June/July's wet season).  We've booked DP for July 6 & 7, maybe 8 if we like it. Would like to hear about your experience at DP, after you go. Call my cell @ 954-850-5168 whenever you need a riding partner or are planning a trip to ONF. We were there for the first time, last week, and enjoyed it very much,

whats up chris, i live in hollywood, sheridan and university to be exact, i seen that you listed something about sunrise and 136th, have you ever ridden over there on 136 and 595 where the old blockbuster complex used to be?  if so are you allowed to ride there?    i go to holleylands every once and a while but just to muddy to go all the time, i have a z400, where is a good place to ride around here,  its too far to go to ocala once a month.  I also seen about 15 0r 20 bikes over by Dolphins Stadium, so i called the police station thats right across the street and asked if you can ride there, they sd "we cant tell you that you cant ride there, unless there was no tresspassing signs posted so as long as you dont ride in the street we cant say anything, not a bad place right down the street from most people that live in Broward

You are not allowed to ride at the old Blockbuster golf and games. And from what I heard you aren't aloud to ride at Pro Player because the homeowners complain.

That place @ Pro Player is infested with violent criminals who will stalk and prey upon you and/or your property. If you go, go in a large group AND be armed. I'm not joking!

I live about 3 blocks from the old Blockbuster site. Riding there is considered trespassing and it's only about 5 acres so dirt bikes rule it.

believe me-DO NOT RIDE AT DOLPHIN STADIUM. THEY WILL JACK YOU AND TAKE YOUR BIKE.(AND GOD FORBID YOUR LIFE)

I HERE EVERYBODY TALK ABOUT IT BUT NOT SURE WHERE IT IS? Hey, I was just browsin around lookin for places to ride and I see alot of interest here.  Any interest in creating a club?  Maybe somethin like SE Fla ATV Club?  Kind of a family oriented deal with no dues where we can share resources and go riding together as well as weed out anyone who is dangerous.  I am assuming that there are no other clubs out there, but if I can drum up enough interest I would be willing to start one.  I also run a 200 acre cattle ranch in central florida and maybe after a few rides to feel everyone out, we can have a roadtrip.  I do need to be cautious because it is a busness.  If y'all think it is a good idea, i'll start a new thread and go from there. ;D
