Title: RIDING OFF 19
Post by: POLARIS 330 on January 22, 2007, 07:41:29 AM
I've recently been told that you can no longer ride off 19,and they shut it all down. I've also heard there handing out $175 tickets to anyone caught riding here, does any one know if this is true?

19 is a long long road. Which part of it are you talking about?

Do you mean the same road that Big Scrub is on (573), where everyone parked about 1/4 mile in on the left?  If that is the case, we were warned back before the holidays about not riding/parking there and shutting it down. I also hear that parking is now restricted off 445 too.

I was there a week ago.  Where the pavement ends they have erected a fence and created a parking area.  They even put up signs showing where to park.  I would say its permanent

I miss riding with all the Ocala people. But since they started that new trail bullshiznit-and that's what it is-I haven't been back up there.
Next we will be forced to stay on an oval track.
