Had a Blast yesterday but I am Sore today. I am sure there are alot of good pics from the ride, So Dreth, what tracks next? All I need is some better suspension and I should do better.

thats 1fast250r in the backround but look how sweet track was graded. i talked with the manager as i was leaving and he said they put extra care in the jumps because he new we were coming and that the qauds like smooth faces [smiley=Clap.gif]that was very nice of them

I Dreth, of sound mind and body would like to send out a very special Thank You to all who showed up to share in my fun.  We had a really good time, note: no injuries and no broken quads and lots of knowledge gained.  I heard a lot of requests for the next MX group ride, unofficially march the 2nd wednesday night 5pm-10pm at Bithlow MX in Orlando is where I will be with Zulio who is coming down from Pennsylvania for vacation that week.  Then unofficially, saturday the 5th of March I will be at Hardrock MX with Zulio if anyone is interested we would love to have you.  
For a more official MX group ride, we are thining about Pepsi Air Dania in Ft. Lauderdale in a few weeks.  Any suggestions or track preferences will be noted and taken into consideration if not for the next ride, maybe the one after that.  
Once again, thanks for sharing what was kind of my birthday weekend. On 2-15 I will be 29.........+ experience =32.

Hey Dreth I think that is me.  You know we all should thank our spouses and kids that participate in dads sports.  Its what keeps the families tight.  God bless them girls.

One other thing, I am going to get Elka's but I need to know from you or Holeshot33 what exact size shocks you have.  I looked up on Houser racing this morning for +1 a arms for long travel, but I cant find any shocks that are 18" or 19" on ebay.  

Is this the right set up?

I'm holeshot36 lol, if your going with the houser long travel arms you need 18.5" shocks. If your going with a different brand of a arms check to make sure how long the shocks need to be because some are different. If you have any more question shoot me a pm. Btw had a great time hope to do it again sometime.

Same here.  I think I will go with Houser, they make a +2 long travel and I will fit them with a pair of Elka long travel piggy backs.

I am just afraid that it will be to wide for the woods, but I think it will be fine for hair scrambles.

yeah +2 is to wide if your going with houser get their +half an inch, thats what i got and its not to wide.

just wanted to say,had a blast,met alot of great people,and really enjoyed riding with alot of great looking machines :D

OK folks this is one of the largest dubbles on the track and not much of a landing..Unless you have Elka suspension dont try this one

I will hand it to you dreth.. I seen you go hard for 5 laps and never slowed down, not even for this 50' table top.

Hey, I just noticed something, we were at "WALDO"
but, WERE WAS IDAMAN? ???

where is this track at looks nice might have to go there one day when i get some shocks had my share of jumping with stock :P

the track is around the gainsville area,for you in the cape about a 6 to 7 hour ride

fun!! i wont be the one driving though ;D

Had a great time. Can't wait to do it again. I don't know about everyone else but I am really really sore today!  :o I don't care how many times you ride in the woods or for how long nothing can prepare you for that! One heck of a rush though.  ;D

AMEN on that, it would take a week at scrub to equal 1 day at the track
