It's illegal once again to ride on dirt roads in Clay County. Title: Re: Clay County Opts out of the law to allow dirt road riding Post by: twitch on November 30, 2006, 08:30:50 PM That kid getting hurt the other day over there in Middleburg didn't help matters any with that cause.

The law was broke when this guy was not supervised. It didn't matter that he was riding on the road or not, he still could have been hurt the same way. The ignorance of people appals me. He probably would have been riding on the road even if the law was not on the books.

However if you've watched the video, Albet Hettrick talks about the incident and like most things people remember the bad rather then good more often than not. This latest incident, tragic as it is, was just more fuel to the fire, and I'm sure that people will still ride regardless of the legality. |
