Title: good and bad day of riding! Post by: MOTOCROSS MAVERICK on November 19, 2006, 05:17:48 PM went riding today and had fun for about 4 laps! my new clutch i put in last tuesday got smoked! what ever you do DONT EVER BUY A BARNNETT DIRT DIGGER CLUTCH PLATES! my stock plates lasted almost a year and this thing last an hour!

Post by: 450rcrazy on November 19, 2006, 07:12:16 PM those are nice pics .I would contact barnett about the problem .If they are a good company they will make it right .If they were all bad you would think they would redesign it or $h!t can it all together.Its worth a call anyway.Maybe they had some bad friction material.Did they suggest any type break in procedure?any ways it sucks planning on having a good riding day and it's short lived due to mechanical failure of a new part.

I spoke with the folks at Hinson and based on the phone conversations and emails these folk got it together and are on the cutting edge. Title: Re: good and bad day of riding!
