Title: Re: Weekend Projects Post by: Pepe on March 07, 2005, 04:24:57 PM I don't understand why the wires on the winch have to be yellow and blue
How much did the brake pads cost? Title: Re: Weekend Projects Post by: innocent_bystander on March 07, 2005, 07:13:14 PM They make the wires yellow and blue to make it simple. The wires from the battery to the controller are black and red, from the winch to the contoller blue and yellow. So us slow people dont screw it up. [smiley=EvilSmile.gif] We just wrapped them in electrical tape, so you dont see them through the frame.
I paid something like 25 from Dennis Kirk, but make sure they send you the right ones, I had to saw off a little black tab with the hack saw to make one of em fit. |
