Title: Truck Tire Question
Post by: Ynot0323 on November 03, 2006, 05:14:44 PM
I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 that i would like to put larger tires on.. I have been told various different things, and i would like to find out from someone who may know BEST

Right now i have the factory 16" wheels with P265/70R16 111s

I would like to find out what the largest tires i could mount on without a lift kit, and then what i could fit putting a 2" lift kit, or doing a Leveling Kit..

If anyone knows, please let me know..

I was told if i do a level kit, i could fit 33" tires..

Tony

285-70-16 no more than a 305-70-16. 305's might rub withour the leveling kit

go to www.dodgetruckworld.com and look under the forums for your style truck or the suspension forum and you will see a bunch of people asking the same question. youll see trucks with no lift and 33's and theyll tell you if it rubs or not, very good site for the questions you have
