Going to croom for a sunday ride. Anyone else game? So far it is Me (Raptor 660R) and 3 of my buddies (LTZ400's). The fiance might show up depends. Possibly two more if they get their quads by then. Let me know would be cool to meet up with some of ya'll. My way of celebrating Veteran's Day as i am a Vet.

i'll probably be there if i'm not at durhamtown.

me and two of the other guys that will be with me will be working on SAT. so no can do on sat but if your there hit me up we'll be there normally by 0730 - 0800 and ride till around 3 or 4

we will be in a dodge ram mega cab with a 4 quad trailer and two in the bed. not sure what color ill get the info but if you read up i left my number we normally park way in the back where the road makes a u turn and you can park at any of the areas. your best bet is to call me. or DC me.

we will be in a dark blue gmc sonoma with yellow flames on the hood scoops.and a big skull graphic on the back window.an open trailer with a white and blue banshee and a yellow trx300.we usually park way in the back to.

we are normally right by the split in the fence. what time will u be there? hit me up on my phone and we'll meet up. the truck is a silver dodge mega cab with a 4 quad open trailer.

I might be there as well with another buddy of mine. What kind of riding do you like to do out there? We are usually into the fast paced riding through the trails. We will look for you.

thats pretty much what we do a little fast pace riding through the trails its always a good time. a couple are pretty new to the sport and one is not as experienced with the tightness of the trails so we end up rallying to all catch up we also use walkie talkies incase we get separated. yeah write down my number and we'll cant see what we can do.

i might be out there early either saturday or sunday for some fast paced ride through the trails, the smaller the group the better(less likly to loose someone)

I have a red dodge ram ext cab 4x4 and my black 450r white # plates with 13C on them, i usually park in the back just past the restrooms, stop by if u see me and wanna do a fast pace trail ride...

I'm gonna try and make it.I came down with the flu , but hopefully by then it'll be gone.

Yeah it looks like it is going to be me and about 3 other people. I will take my walkie talkie out there and set it to 4 20 to see if we can get in touch with you. We are usually there pretty early, like 7:00 and we park in the 1st day use area near the sand pit. Bring some fluids because it will be an exhausting ride.

we noramlly park towards the back ill have the walkie talkies and try to  hit you up on the way in. what is your name? im tony if you couldnt tell.

It's Julian. We will probably stay up front for a little to see who shows up and then we will head back to where you are parked. Just look for a fast looking group lol. We look fast standing still lol! 8)

how do you do that... look fast standing still... can you teach me... i wish i could do that.

It's simple! You peel of the stickers on your bike slightly to where they are just hanging off a little (gives the illusion of blazing speed). Next you have your buddy throw mud at your helmet and chest as hard as he can to get those nice mud lines showing (use the mud sparingly or people may mistake you for a UTE rider). Last but not least, make sure you and your bike have the latest stuff on (i.e. aftemarket shocks, tires, bumper....you get the picture). The more you and your bike look like something out of GNCC race, the faster you will look standing still! Shhhhhhhh, this is just between you and me! ;)

ROFLMAO that was great. actually im going to go and get all that stuff tomorrow should i crack a plastic or two? you know to give it the "oh $hit" ive wrecked at high speeds look. actaully i just got out of the garage from putting new bars and grips on for this weekend. ill see ya this weekend.

we will be there right at 800 sunday morning. will probably head out at like 3 or 4 in the pm.

We warm up in the pitt and play around for awhile, then ride the trails.It depends on how dry it is whether we do much trail riding.Croom is so tight in the trails that when it's dry , it's dangerous.

You got that right, it does get dangerous. I pretty much do the same thing too when I get out to Croom. Since I will be there around 7:00 Sunday morning, I will go ahead and get the sand pit warmed up and ready for ya!  ;D

Cut up some burms for us! We're gonna try and get there around 8:am.I got yellow,black,and red Suzuki with black wheels.

was there yesterday ,man it was packed got there around 10 there was nowhere to park at the sand pit at all.had to park way in the back which was ok with me.there were 8 of us riding had a great time.   have fun guys

I was there to beautiful day to ride, for how many people where there not as many idiots as normal,only 1 doing donuts in the parking area that I saw and two drag racing on the main road .not to bad for that size crowd.And thanks again to the nice guy who loaned me his allen wrench set,that made it possible for me to ride for the day and not have to load up and go home,thank you so much.

You are REQUIRED to byiotch-slap anyone doing donuts in the parking area, its the law!

was there today and had a good time. turned out there was 7 of us and it was too much fun. anyone else see the maniac jumping the 20 ft ramp in the quary area? i felt like such an outkast, 6 LTZ400's and me on my raptor....... oh well what can i say im an individual (and i got a great deal on my raptor).

you should never feel like an outcast expecialy when sittin on a rappy those are nice bikes ltz400's are nice too but dont feel like an outcast unless you are 6'3 400lbs sittin on a raptor 50 ;D

Were you talking about jumping in the front Pitt?My friend Eric was on the blue YFZ, and I was jumping on the yellow,black,and red LTZ!!

Yeah are you talking about jumping in the pit? I think I say you. Was there someone video taping you? I was jumping the hump over in the sand pit as well on a blue raptor. My buds and I had a blast today. We ripped it up for 5 hours straight and the place was packed! Finally got to meet Chino and his buds and they all seemed like cool peeps. Best of all, nobody got hurt!

I'll be in Virginia for the next two weeks.I'll hit you up after I come back for a ride.I have to get some new bearing in the rear first, messed then up today jumping!

no im talking about the 20 ft wood ramp the was brought in. i think Neal McGraff was the one hitting it. there was a TRX450 that was widened 2' atw around and a crf 450R jumping it too. it was not at the sand pit that i saw. it was in the quary pary of it where it like riding tight trails in the mountians.

Yeah, my buddy was jumping it on Saturday.It was closed off because it was for a retention pond they were getting ready to build.We made a launch jump in the Pitt.If you hit it in third gear, you'd fly like 20'.Not up, long.I f'ed up my rear bearings jumping.

Chino, he's talking about the wood launch ramp in the back part of the park down in the old mine area. I saw it earlier before I met up with ya. It looked pretty crazy! Wish I wouldve seen the maniac jumping it. I guess you guys made your way back to the front alright. Had a great time once again.

Yeah, we did a little more jumping, but I didn't want to mess up my bearings anymore.
