I dunno, but I wouldn't buy a chinese quad. Get a good brand name quad. Kymco seems to be coming out as a good cheap quad brand.

"They've got more quads than kids in Africa"...."Shazaam!"

Go with the name brand atvs. You'll be much better off in the long term.

Check the for sale posts here, and look for a quad with aftermarket mods on it. (That's a sign of someone who has the money and conviction to take care of their quad) You'll get the best bang for your buck that way.

Check with Fox 17...he's got the largest stock of "stuff for sale on the internet" in the entire
Northern Hemisphere, or so it would seem.

Tell 'em "RICO SENT YA"

His deals are "moy moy bueno"

IF YOUR GONNA BUY AN OFF BRAND YOU SHOULD CHECK INTO REDCAT.
THERE ARE A FEW  LOCAL DEALERS AND IVE OWNED ONE THEY RUN STRONG AS LONG AS YOU DONT LET THEM SIT, THE CARBS TEND TO GUM UP FASTER THAN OTHER BIKES. (WHICH I DONT EVEN CLEAN THE CARB I JUST REPLACE IT FOR 40 BUCKS)

THERE IS A REALLY GOOD DEALER IN ST. CLOUD, MIKES BIKES, I CAN GET HIS # IF INTERESTED HE SERVICES AND WARRANTS WHATEVER HE SELLS.

Ill have to agree with everyone that said Kymco. I am very impressed with their quads. goto www.durhamtown.com and they sell their rentals after a couple months service. They maintain their quads very well.

I agree that Kymco's are good bikes.  My brother in law bought one and has never had any problems with it.  He even flipped it a couple times after he fell off of it and the thing started right up like nothing had happened.  I think that for the lower priced quads, Kymco is the best.

E-Ton is a subsidiary of a European company.

They manufacture the bikes at three plants, one in Taiwan and the other two plants are in Communist Mainland China.

I deal with imported medical equipment from China, India, and other Asian companies on a daily basis.

If you're going to decide to get a "cloned" brand such as the knock offs discussed above, just remember you get what you pay for.

Definitely make sure you have a service shop you can take it to when it breaks and that the parts are availible for it.

Our customers tend to freak out when they find out parts can take as long as 4-6 weeks for delivery from over seas, if we can even get it. So that's one thing to think about when you're buying.

I bought a Raptor 80 for my son.  this thing was $3200.00 new. Within 8 months He out grew it.
This was a terrible purchase. The suspension was so stiff that he hit a washout wrong. The suspension did not give and it through him. I also found out that the big 4 companies do not make their own engine for the minis.THEY ARE CHINESE MADE with thier own stickers and logos
I purchased a Yamoto 110 that has a working indepentent suspension that realy works. I was very impresses with the handling of this machine. when he drove across a bumpy area the suspension moved. not him. The motor is same as the raptor 80 aftermarket parts are out their. Big Gun has an exhaust for it. Same one as the raptor 80.
Oh by the way Half the price.

Every one always thinks name brands their are a bunch of off brand names out there. Apex,Eton,Xtreme and dinli to name a few which are all taiwanees bikes that are great and in my eyes better than the name brands. There are more parts out for these bikes stock and mod. Oh did you know Polaris, Artic cat,07 kawis minis use taiwan bike with their plastics
We race nothing but taiwanees bikes because of this they are tough and fast. Anyone from the flat track league can tell you our Apex models bone stock lap the class every race with 7 year old boy and girl driving them. If you dont intend to race your bike just look at mini quad racing 85% taiwan bike so that telling you how reliable and tough these bikes are. Note no china bikes in racing they just wont hold up. hope this helps you. Thanks

I know I sound like a broken record about this, but one last time.  Do not buy from a dropshipper who sends the atv to your house in a crate.  He has no vested interest in you or your bike being set up or assembled properly, only your money!!!   The well stocked dealership and service area on his website is NOT his, just a picture.    ANY quad needs to be set up by a qualified mechanic, PERIOD!  All bolts need to be checked. loctite applied, carbs set, valves checked, shipping oil changed, and safety checked by someone who knows what that quad should run like.  Even REDCAT(We sell Redcat), allows some pre-screened dropshippers, and requires them to have a qualified technician assemble your bike for you, at your house or a local shop.  Even at that you only get a 6mo. engine only, parts only, no labor or shipping warranty, rather than the 1year engine, 6 mo bumper to bumper warranty we give you as a dealer.  As far as the previous post about Redcat, we agree they are a good product for the money.  The carbs gum up because the fuel lines are not the quality they should be and the residue from them block the electric choke assemblies and main jets, change them, we do before any leave the shop, along with the fluids and sparkplugs.
