yeah changed gas, it does turn over, seems like its not getting enough gas. could the carb be all gumed up ? we try to clean it out the best we could with some carb cleaner.

yeah filter is clean, im pretty sure that there is not a clog in the gas line itself because myu buddy told me he drained the gas from there.

ummmm. its been a while since ive wrenched on a rappy.lol i know its by the carb i dont know wich one. i think its a screw with a phillips head on it im not sure though. try to turn it in. thats how it is on most bikes. just turn it in a few turns then try to start it. if that doesnt work bring it back out because if it does eventually start you dont want it to rev really high.lol

is there any thing that would be good to clean out the gas tank and lines and carb ?  or the best thing to use maybe I will just break it all down and clean it out real good.

yeah take the carb apart and clean it all that way. another way to see if its getting gas is look in the back of the carb and hit the gas. you should see it squirt a stream of gas.
