Thanks for bringing this new State law to our attention. I forwarded your inquiry to John Waldron (the State Division of Forestry Recreation Coordinator – the man you that ran the meeting at the Palmetto Golf Course). The OHV Advisory Committee was not aware of this new law, but has now put it on the agenda as a discussion item at 12:15PM in their next meeting (please see the attached Draft Agenda). I will keep you updated as I hear more from Mr. Waldron. I will be attending the meeting on the 28th, and will give you an update of the Committee’s discussion.
