Also there is a spot on 19 north of SR40 about a mile or mile and a half on the east side....there is a bridge and a parking area , it is free there, people take their grills, lawn chairs and pets.......... I've been there when it's cleaned up and when it's disgusting because of all the broken beer bottles and trash people leave around. Those are the scumbags who have ruined our riding areas and the "one in every crowd" types who trash it til somebody says no more and the one's who are good people pay the price. I see a day when the only way to see the forest will be if you walk in it. ONF was a great place to ride the last few years. I hate to say it, but I don't see us riding there in 5 years from now.

We bring the Ski's up when we stay at Lake Dorr. There's also Lake George which is good for boating and ski-ing. You can swim at any of the springs. Stop at that ranger station on 19 and they'll give you a map with the springs on it. (I think they still give them out free) Good Luck Title: Re: Ocala Forest.. anywhere to swim?
