Title: yfz 450, not starting Post by: Hondarider22 on July 30, 2006, 01:13:00 AM having problems with the yfz, wont start, no feed back when i hit the start button. battery is charged....im thinking that its electrical....any ideas? thanks

Title: Re: yfz 450, not starting Post by: Hondarider22 on July 30, 2006, 11:03:24 AM Did you check the fuse by the battery? yes plenty of times Did you check the fuse by the battery? no i did not but i think we know what it is, my kill switch was ghetto riged and i guess the wire that goes to the coil wasnt touching how it was suppose to, and that caused a short >:( thats what i think it is... Yamaha had to replace it for me. Hopefully it is your kill switch. Mine also recently went bad as well.
