Seems everyone has to complain about something. They complain what ATV's does to the land, and not that I am against farming in anyway, I'm not, but if you ask me farming and developement has done more harm to our so-called public lands. What upsets me is that they even admit it does not harm the environment, there are biodegradable but for the safety of hikers and horseback riders.. ha ha I live in Eureka and Krome and I have never seen either a horseback rider or hiker on the levee but then again lets give them land... Or maybe they should build another public golf course. Because even though I don't play golf, I really like to know my tax dollars go to the 9 public golf courses in my home town.
